We are looking for an experienced Kinesiologist / Biomechanics Foot Specialist to join our growing multidisciplinary footcare clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong clinical and biomechanical knowledge with excellent patient communication and sales skills. The successful candidate will have previous clinic experience, a strong understanding of gait and lower-extremity biomechanics, and experience working with custom orthotics.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct comprehensive gait and biomechanical assessments
- Assess lower-extremity alignment, movement patterns, gait mechanics and functional concerns
- Educate patients on biomechanical issues and appropriate treatment options
- Assess and recommend custom orthotics and related products
- Assist patients through the orthotic process from assessment through fitting and follow-up
- Communicate clinical recommendations in a clear, professional and patient-friendly manner
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide an exceptional patient experience
- Work collaboratively with chiropodists and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in orthotic sales and contribute to clinic growth
- Compression Therapy Measurements + Brace Recommendations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

What We’re Looking For
- Kinesiology degree or related education
- Previous experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Hands-on experience with gait analysis and biomechanical assessments




- Experience with custom orthotics is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of foot, ankle and lower-extremity biomechanics
- Experience with patient education and healthcare sales
- Confident communicating recommendations and discussing treatment options with patients
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Skilled, personable and approachable personality
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a multidisciplinary team

The Ideal Candidate You are someone who enjoys working directly with patients and can confidently translate biomechanics into practical solutions. You have the clinical knowledge to perform a thorough assessment, but also the personality and communication skills to make patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment decisions.

Previous experience in orthotics, gait analysis, biomechanics, or a footcare clinic will be considered a significant asset.
