: Deliver soccer program for children aged 3.5-5 years on Saturday morning.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver recreational soccer program for children between the ages of 3.5Y-5Y
- Teach participants fundamentals of soccer including, but not limited to, the introduction to dribbling, passing and receiving.
- Ensure participants follow all program rules.
- Explain and ensure safety rules and regulations.
- Adhere to policies and procedures established by VHNA (Victoria Hills Neighbourhood association) and VHCC (Victoria Hills Community Centre).
- Assist with the set up and take down of program equipment and supplies.
- Ensure safe use, condition and storage of equipment.
- Distribute applicable forms and program information.
- Respond to participants’ immediate concerns and/or needs.
- Act as a liaison between the community centre, neighbourhood association and participants.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have soccer background/training/teaching experience.
- Must be available Saturday morning Saturday morning 9:30-10:25am. Chance to sub on Monday and Friday evening.
Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.50 per hour
