We are seeking a motivated and energetic Kitchen Hand/Cook to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients to support the cooking team
- Maintain high standards of food handling and hygiene in accordance with safety regulations
- Support the cooking process by preparing ingredients and assisting chefs during meal service
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to promote a safe and efficient workspace
- Serve food to customers or assist with food service operations as needed
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper storage procedures for ingredients and leftovers
- Contribute positively to team efforts by communicating effectively and supporting a collaborative environment

Qualifications





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and hygiene practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of serving practices and customer service principles is advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings as required
