Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients to support the cooking process
- Cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to customers or dining area staff, supporting excellent food service experiences
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies,



notifying supervisors when stock needs replenishing
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation practices throughout all kitchen activities

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and serving processes
