Duties

- Assist with meal preparation and food handling to support chefs and cooks in delivering quality dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards
- Organize ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient workflow during busy service times
- Support food service operations by helping with plating, serving, and clearing tables as needed




- Follow proper food safety procedures and hygiene practices at all times
- Help with basic cooking tasks under supervision to learn culinary techniques and processes
- Ensure the kitchen area is organized, sanitized, and stocked for daily operations

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food preparation, handling, and safety protocols is advantageous
- Experience in serving or assisting in meal service settings will be beneficial
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: $18.25-$26.40 per hour
