Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations in a dynamic production kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with proven skills in restaurant management and team leadership. This role requires a passion for food preparation and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients while meeting industry preferences.
- Implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation practices.




- Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership and communication through the company.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a kitchen management or chef cooking roles within a restaurant or production kitchen preferred.
- Culinary (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu development, and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage people to create a vibrant and ethical work space.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
