Born in downtown Ottawa where we built our reputation over a decade, our flagship location is now on the ground floor of a major Class-A office tower at 1545 Carling Avenue, where we’ve been thriving for the last 4 years.

We are perfecting the next evolution of the 'office eatery'—serving high-energy breakfast and lunch, plus Friday night dinner service to private and public sector executives, career pros and local neighborhood regulars. With 56 dining room seats, a 30-seat patio, and a fully licensed setup, we are locked in and focused on being the premier hospitality destination for building culture.

Now, we’re looking for a qualified, long-term Kitchen Manager / Chef to lead the best BOH crew in the city.

What We Do & What You’ll Do

We specialize in BBQ-style fare that is elevated, fun, and approachable—always simple and scratch made with top-quality ingredients.





This isn't a clipboard chef role. You’ll be right in the action—working the line, doing prep, running our outdoor smoker, washing dishes, and keeping the kitchen spotlessly organized. You’ll still have time to stand back and admire all of your hard work.

Who You Are

● Smoker & Scratch Cooking Pro: Hands-on experience preparing and operating an outdoor meat smoker with solid culinary fundamentals, have various techniques with a depth of knowledge. Degrees aren't required, (but respected)—your skills and passion speak for themselves.

● Leadership with Humility: Unstoppable work ethicexceptional: cleanliness, tight organization, high attention to detail, and a calm, approachable leadership style that makes people proud to work with you.

● Admin & Systems Savvy: Comfortable managing inventory, suppliers, collaboration with all levels of management and elevating systems and structures for success. Can connect with guests when needed with warmth and class.

● Logistics: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle preferred.
