About the Role
At Redwood Table Kitchen, we believe great dining starts with great operations. We are looking for a Kitchen Operations Supervisor who can take ownership of daily kitchen activities, support our culinary team, and help maintain high standards for food quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
You will work closely with kitchen staff and restaurant management to coordinate service, maintain smooth workflows, and ensure every shift operates efficiently. This is a hands on mid level supervisory position for someone who enjoys leading a team and working in a fast paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Operations: Coordinate daily kitchen activities and help ensure smooth food preparation and service.
Team Supervision: Guide kitchen employees during assigned shifts, delegate tasks, and provide support when needed.
Food Quality:
Monitor preparation standards, portion consistency, presentation, and food quality.
Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, receiving supplies, and communicating ordering requirements.
Health and Safety: Help maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
Training: Assist with onboarding and training kitchen team members and provide practical coaching during shifts.
Service Coordination: Work with front of house staff to maintain timely and accurate food service during busy periods.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen or food service setting, with at least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Leadership: You can confidently coordinate a team, delegate responsibilities, and remain calm during busy service periods.
Restaurant Knowledge: You understand kitchen workflows, food preparation standards, inventory practices, and sanitation procedures.
Communication: You communicate clearly and work effectively with kitchen and restaurant teams.
Mindset: You are organized, dependable, hands on, and focused on maintaining high standards while supporting your team.
Pay: $50,380.00-$95,831.00 per year
