We are looking for someone who is fast, organized, and experienced with food preparation, especially cutting vegetables and meat efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

- Prepare vegetables, meat, sauces, and other ingredients for daily kitchen service
- Cut and portion meat and vegetables quickly, efficiently, and consistently
- Work on the kitchen line during busy service periods




- Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain proper cooking times, portion sizes, and food presentation
- Keep the prep area and cooking station clean and organized
- Restock ingredients and prepare the kitchen for service
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist other kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food-preparation experience required
- Line cooking experience is an asset
- Able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
