- Experience: At least 1yr of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Availability: Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attitude: A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for good food.
- Speed: Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busy rush hours.
