WE’RE HIRING — KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER / COOK

Tiger Blues is looking for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking Kitchen Team Member / Cook to join our kitchen team!

We are a modern Korean fusion restaurant that blends traditional Korean flavors with a creative, contemporary twist. If you love cooking, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and are excited to learn and create new dishes, we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Kitchen Team Member / Cook

- Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

- Schedule:

- 3–4 shifts per week
- Approximately 6 hours per shift
- Friday and Saturday availability is required
- Additional weekday shifts available

- Work Location: 811 Queen St W, Toronto - What You’ll Do

- Prepare and cook Korean fusion dishes according to our menu and standards
- Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
- Help with stock rotation and inventory
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep up with service
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail in every dish
- Follow recipes, procedures, and kitchen standards consistently

- What We’re Looking For

- Previous professional kitchen experience preferred
- Experience with Korean or fusion cuisine is an asset
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual




- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new cooking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions carefully and consistently follow kitchen procedures and standards
