Responsibilities

- Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients
- Handle food items with care, ensuring safe food handling practices are followed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served
- Support serving staff during peak hours by preparing plates and assisting with food delivery




- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies as needed

Skills

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
