Tasks include (but are not limited to)

- Prepare premium sweet and savoury foods.
- Sweets Menu: Learn how to blend cashew-based cheesecakes, prepare and press raw doughs for bars, etc.
- Savoury Menu: Assemble salad bowls, wraps, paninis, etc.
- Line cook duties like assembling salad rolls, preparing stir frys to order, etc.
- Use Robot Coupe & Vitamix to prepare spreads, sauces, cheeses, and dips.
- Assemble take 'n' bake pizzas, lasagnes, etc.
- Eventually cross-train on FOH duties to cover breaks. (e.g. Barista duties, taking orders with point of sale)
- Dishes and cleanup throughout the day.

Skills

- Previous experience in a kitchen is an asset.
- Able to follow recipes, take direction.
- Able to multitask and prioritize.
- Able to be on your feet throughout the day, working quickly and efficiently.
- Able to lift 30 lbs (ingredients, packaging, etc.)

- Pay based on previous experience. Option to discuss raise after 90 day period.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
