The Lab

Leader will oversee the internal products Agile+, MIRE, and Common Sense, ensuring that all development activities meet the highest quality standards. In this full-time, on-site position, you will not only drive team performance but also engage in strategic client relations and promote LAB services. Leadership through example and fostering an environment of continuous improvement are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the vision for SIA's internal products
- Ensure alignment of delivery with quality requirements




- Coach and guide teams without direct authority
- Manage the lifecycle and adoption of LAB tools
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area
- 6-10 years of experience in a technical development role
- Proficiency in relevant software development practices
- Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
- Strong leadership and communication skills
