Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our energetic construction team. In this vital role, you will contribute to a variety of building projects by performing essential manual tasks that support the overall progress and quality of our construction efforts. Responsibilities

- Assist with rebar installation, concrete forming, and masonry work to ensure structural integrity and adherence to project specifications
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to support various construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately
- Perform demolition, restoration, renovation, and flooring installation tasks as needed on site
- Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns for precise work execution
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor tasks while maintaining proper safety procedures
- Support carpentry, concrete finishing, welding, and other specialized trades under supervision

Experience





- Previous construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with building sites and trade practices is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge related to tools, equipment, and basic structural components is advantageous
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately for project alignment
- Experience with masonry, concrete finishing, flooring installation, or related trades is desirable
- Knowledge of safety protocols for heavy equipment operation and use of power tools
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and working in various weather conditions
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment
