Duties

- Working alongside our crew to build and install center pivots
- Pipeline labour and HDPE pipe fusion
- Center pivot repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Fueling, greasing and maintaining equipment
- General construction and excavation labour
- Assisting equipment operators and other crew members
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- General cleanup and jobsite maintenance
- Other tasks required to keep projects moving safely and efficiently

Skills





- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under supervision
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is advantageous
