Responsibilities

- Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, materials, or assistance as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work workplace for all team members
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
- Help with site cleanup and waste removal to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with regulations
- Report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors to prevent accidents or delays
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or industrial settings is a plus but not mandatory

- Reliable transportation to get to the work site daily
