Industrial Coaters - Mount Bracey Compressor Station - 14/7 - $400 Travel Pay + Camp - Prince George, BC

Strike is seeking Industrial Coaters for their Mount Bracey Compressor Station project near Prince George, BC. These professionals will perform sandblasting and coating on piping and structural steel in a field environment. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, experienced with coating applications, and able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a camp-based project with a 14/7 rotation and attractive travel pay.

What You'll Need

- 2+ years of directly related work experience operating various types of equipment





- Valid class 5 driver's license

- CSTS 2020 or Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

- Bear or Wildlife Awareness course

- Standard First Aid CPR-C & AED (St. John Ambulance or Canadian Red Cross) or WorkSafe BC Occupational First Aid Level 1 (OFA 1) Training Certificate

- WHIMIS 2015 (Strike can provide when onboarding)

- Transportation of Dangerous Goods - TDG (Strike can provide when onboarding)

- Fall Protection Training

- Arial Work Platform Training

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

- Experience with troubleshooting issues in the field

- Ability to work well independently and in a team

What Will Make You Stand Out

- NACE Level 1 or 2 certification

- Knowledgeable in conventional and airless spray applications area
