- Provide leadership for the Lands & Resources Department
- Manage budgets, reports, and departmental activities
- Supervise staff and support field operations initiatives
- Coordinate consultation responses and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee resource management and environmental programs Requirements:
- Degree in Indigenous Governance or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in resource management
- 3+ years in supervisory roles
- Familiarity with Indigenous consultation processes
