Green Esthetics Landscaping is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated individual to join our team for the remainder of the landscaping season, with the potential for winter snow removal work.

We take pride in providing professional, high-quality property maintenance and landscaping services throughout Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Stayner, Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and wants the opportunity to grow with a local landscaping business.

Schedule: 4–5 days per week Hours: 32–40 hours per week Pay: Starting at $22.50/hr, with opportunities to reach $28.50/hr based on reliability, performance, experience and responsibilities

Position: Seasonal, with potential for winter snow removal

Start: As soon as possible

Responsibilities: Lawn mowing and trimming. Garden and landscape maintenance. Weeding and garden cleanups. Pruning and hedge maintenance. Mulching and planting. Leaf and debris cleanup. General property maintenance and landscaping. Maintaining clean and organized work areas. Working efficiently as part of a team. Providing skilled and respectful service at customer properties.

Winter snow removal, including shovelling and operating snow blowers.

What We're Looking For: The right person will be: Reliable and punctual. Hardworking and motivated. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors. Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing quality work.



Able to work independently and as part of a team. Respectful of customers, their properties and co-workers. Willing to learn and take direction. Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.

Previous landscaping, gardening, lawn-care or outdoor work experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience driving a pickup truck and/or towing a trailer is an asset. A valid driver's licence is an asset.

What We Offer: $22.50–$28.00/hr based on experience and performance. Paid lunch break. Raises based on reliability, work ethic and performance.
