About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and proactive Landscaper / Property Caretaker to oversee the maintenance and appearance of a private residential property in Vancouver.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can operate independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds to the highest standards while identifying and addressing maintenance needs before they become issues.

Responsibilities

- Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas.
- Perform regular mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and seasonal clean-up.
- Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper operation.
- Maintain pathways, driveways, patios, and outdoor living spaces.
- Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other landscape waste.
- Identify property maintenance issues and proactively recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized services are required.
- Ensure the property is consistently presented to an exceptional standard.
- Assist with general exterior property upkeep as required.
- Monitor equipment and supplies and report replacement needs.

Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, groundskeeping,



or property maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of lawn, garden, and plant care.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor labour in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
- Valid BC driver's licence preferred.
