We are looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. If you have a passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail, this is an prospect to be part of a company that values quality, teamwork, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

- Execute landscape construction projects, including grading, paving stone installation, retaining walls, sod installation, planting, and more.
- Operate various landscaping equipment, such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors.
- Read and interpret project plans, ensuring work is completed to design specifications.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism on-site.

Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years of landscaping or construction experience is required.
- Experience with paving stones, retaining walls, and grading is an asset.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
