Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Laser Technician to join our creative team. In this role, you will operate and maintain laser equipment used for various aesthetic treatments, ensuring safe and effective procedures for clients. Responsibilities

- Operate laser equipment safely and accurately during aesthetic procedures, following established protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Prepare treatment areas by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and proper sterilization of tools and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures, addressing client questions, and ensuring a comfortable experience
- Assist with laser hair removal services and other related treatments as needed to support overall client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, including safety precautions and client feedback
- Uphold all sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic environment that complies with health regulations




- Support retail sales efforts by recommending skincare products or aftercare items that meet clients’ needs

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
- 3 years experience of laser hair removal techniques or willingness to receive training is a plus
- Strong commitment to sanitation and safety protocols in a clinical or spa setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatments and aftercare
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Certification or training in laser technology or aesthetics is advantageous but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided for qualified candidates
