Duties

- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, customizing looks to suit each client’s style and preferences
- Provide complementary beauty services such as makeup application, nail care, or body waxing to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to maintain their lash extensions and beauty treatments
- Engage guests through friendly communication, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their appointment
- Conduct product demos and upsell beauty products or services to enhance the client experience and boost sales
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools, workstations, and adhering to health regulations at all times




- Assist at the front desk with guest check-ins, scheduling appointments, and managing retail sales to support smooth salon operations

Requirements

- Proven experience in eyelash extensions; additional skills in makeup application, nail care, or body waxing are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty services and maintaining a clean work environment
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while providing exceptional guest services
- Enthusiasm for learning new beauty techniques and staying current with industry trends
- Retail sales experience or comfort upselling products and services to clients
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed in a fast-paced salon environment
