Job Overview

Full Service Property Maintenance is looking for a self-motivated, experienced crew leader to join our team for the remainder of the grass cutting season (August–October) and into the winter snow season.

Duties

- Lead a small crew in lawn mowing, trimming, and property maintenance.
- Operate and oversee use of commercial mowing equipment (zero-turn, stand-on, trimmers, blowers).
- Coordinate work efficiently to maintain quality and timelines.
- Train team members on best practices in landscaping and lawn care techniques.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Assist with snow removal in the winter (plowing, shoveling, salting).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in lawn care and snow removal.
- Leadership skills – able to direct a crew and keep jobs on schedule and deliver high-quality work.
- Self-motivated, reliable,



and organized.
- Familiarity with construction practices related to landscaping is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Solid communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Hours & Pay

- Grass Season (Aug–Oct): Part-time, up to 24 hours per week (competitive hourly wage based on experience).
- Winter Season: On-call with guaranteed minimum hours + seasonal snow bonus.
