Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working individual to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is snow removal during the winter season, ensuring safe and well-maintained residential properties. In warmer months, this role will shift to lawn care and landscaping tasks to keep properties looking their best.

Responsibilities:

- Perform snow removal duties including shoveling, snow blowing, salting, and ice melt application
- Ensure driveways, walkways, and entryways remain safe and accessible during winter conditions
- Conduct lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding during the spring/summer seasons
- Maintain gardens and outdoor spaces as required
- Operate and maintain power equipment (snow blowers, lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance





Skills & Qualifications:

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (especially snow/ice)
- Ability to use snow removal and lawn care equipment safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina and reliability for early morning or on-call winter shifts
- General knowledge of landscaping and gardening practices
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset for equipment care and troubleshooting
