We are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience across a variety of civil matters. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and interested in building an independent practice with the support of an established firm, experienced mentorship, and access to internal referrals.

Responsibilities

- Independently manage a diverse civil litigation practice.

- Handle matters from intake through resolution, including pleadings, motions, discoveries, negotiations, and court proceedings.

- Apply the Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable court procedures effectively.

- Draft and review pleadings, legal correspondence, motions, and other litigation materials.

- Develop and maintain client relationships and referral sources.

- Contribute to business and practice development initiatives.





- Work collaboratively with experienced lawyers while developing greater autonomy in practice.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience.

- Experience handling a variety of civil matters.

- Robust knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and court procedures.

- Extensive experience drafting pleadings and other litigation documents.

- Strong advocacy, communication, organizational, and client-management skills.

- Existing referral sources or a developing book of business.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing an independent practice.

- High standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
