On Track HVAC is hiring full‑time D2D Lead Acquisition Specialist to help educate homeowners on new and existing home heating upgrade programs.

What You’ll Do

- Canvass residential neighbourhoods and speak directly with homeowners
- Introduce available HVAC rebates, heat pump programs, and home heating promotions
- Generate qualified leads for our Sales Consultants
- Educate homeowners on government incentives, financing options, and energy‑efficient heating systems
- Represent On Track HVAC professionally and build trust in the community
- Track leads and activity accurately in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, self‑motivated, and comfortable speaking face‑to‑face
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required




- We provide full training and ongoing support

Compensation
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- $16.75/hour + commission
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
- Explicit pathway to advance into a full-time Sales Consultant role
