We’re a busy residential framing company with consistent work and a growing number of projects. We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who can take charge of a crew, keep a job moving efficiently, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of residential framing/carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of residential framing from layout to roof
- Ability to read and understand plans
- Experience leading a crew and coordinating day-to-day work
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Own basic hand tools
