Located in Linden, Southeastern Manitoba, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Hand / Interior Renovation Carpenter. A lot of our work is in Winnipeg! What You’ll Do

As our Lead Hand / Interior Renovation Carpenter, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ renovation dreams to life. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

- Lead and oversee interior renovation projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Perform hands-on carpentry work, including framing, finishing, and custom installations.
- Troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges with creativity and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

What We’re Looking For





We’re searching for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
- 5 years of experience in carpentry, with a strong focus on interior renovations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Expertise in a variety of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
