Senior Software Engineer / Lead Engineer – .NET/C#

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned .NET/C# Engineer with strong backend development expertise and the ability to quickly understand, enhance, and scale existing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of driving design and development initiatives independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and .NET.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing codebases and systems.
- Build and support REST APIs and microservices.
- Participate in architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.





Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+
- Robust expertise in ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Microservices
- SQL Server and Entity Framework
- Object-Oriented Design, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns
- Azure or AWS cloud experience
- Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML
- Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Auth0, or IdentityServer
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot)

Qualification
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
