Be a catalyst for change at Ontario Health as Lead, Capacity, Access and Flow. This role enhances healthcare access and optimizes patient flow in Northern Ontario’s health systems. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to identify challenges and implement effective solutions that promote health equity.
This temporary, full-time position requires you to have at least five years of healthcare experience in planning and initiating stakeholder engagement strategies that yield measurable results. Your strategic insights will help guide the Ontario health system towards improved patient outcomes and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide capacity planning efforts and implementation strategies
- Research best practices in healthcare policy and access
- Provide actionable project management advice and budget oversight
- Monitor quality improvement initiatives across Ontario Health
- Foster partnerships to enhance capacity and service delivery Requirements:
- Degree in health administration or a related discipline, master’s preferred
- 5 years in a healthcare workplace focused on planning or management
- Experience in data analysis or research methodologies preferred
- Knowledge of northern Ontario healthcare challenges
