Role: Lead Power BI Developer
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Required qualifications/skills field
10+ years of experience in BI/Analytics with 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development
Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop & Service
Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and Data Modeling
Robust knowledge of Star/Snowflake Schema, ETL/ELT, and Data Warehousing
Experience with Power BI performance tuning, RLS, gateways, workspaces, and deployment pipelines
Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure Synapse, ADF, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
Experience providing technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
