Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is ideal
- P.Eng.
certification from PEO is essential
- Minimum 10 years' experience in transportation design
- Familiarity with tools like Microstation or Civil3D
- Strong teamwork and communication capabilities
