We are seeking a highly experienced Lead React Developer / Senior React Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of AI-driven, micro-frontend web applications on a modern, event-driven platform for Citi Bank.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, micro-frontends, Module Federation, state management, API integration, real-time applications, data-intensive dashboards, and modern testing practices. Solid full-stack experience with Node.js/NestJS or Python is highly valued.

The successful candidate will work independently with minimal direction while providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and contributing to product-focused engineering initiatives.

Role Overview The Lead React Developer will design, develop, and lead modern web applications leveraging React 18, TypeScript, micro-frontends, event-driven architecture, real-time communication, and AI-powered user experiences. The role requires a strong product mindset, excellent technical judgment, and the ability to lead and mentor engineering teams while remaining hands-on with development.

Experience within banking or financial services is an advantage.

- Design and implement micro-frontend architectures using Webpack 5 Module Federation.
