We focus 100% on residential service and installations—no commercial rooftop units, no high-rise work, and no corporate micromanagement.Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, central AC units, heat pumps, boilers, ductless splits, and hot water tanks.

- Perform seasonal maintenance and safety inspections for local homeowners.

- Guide customers through their repair options with honesty, ensuring they never feel pressured into unnecessary sales.

- Maintain a clean, organized company service vehicle and respect homeowners' properties by keeping workspaces immaculate.

- Complete basic digital service invoices and paperwork via tablet/phone.

- Represent our family business values by providing warm, friendly, and respectful customer service.

Required Qualifications & LicensesBecause this is a senior role where you will operate independently in the field,



you must meet the following criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated residential HVAC service and installation experience.

- Gas License: Valid Ontario Gas Technician 2 (G2) or G1 license.

- Refrigeration License: Valid Ontario 313D (Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic) or 313A license.

- Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP): Valid ODP/ODAM card.

- Driver’s Record: Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract (required for insurance on our company van).

- Background Check: Clear criminal record check (required for entering residential customer homes).

- Communication: Friendly, professional English communication skills

- Safety Training: Valid CPO-Approved Working at Heights (WAH) certification.
