Lead Sandwich Maker The Lead Sandwich Maker must be innovative and creative; coming with fresh ideas and the ability to lead others and bring out their imagination while creating a new experience in sandwiches and lunch items, for our clients. The LEAD ensures the Team maintains and prepares high volumes of quality sandwiches and lunch items for the camp while maintaining consistency and following safety guidelines. The role comes into contact with all types of allergens including nuts.

Must have Food Safe Certificate and maintain high levels of food safety through strong culinary techniques and multiple daily inspections and record keeping. Candidate must be in good physical condition as this role involves standing for long periods, repetitive hand movement, lifting, carrying and moving items/boxed up to 50 lbs in weight throughout the shift. Must ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are demonstrated at all times; They maintain a hospitable and clean environment within the kitchen and dining areas.





Must have excellent English communication, understanding, speaking & writing skills, as well as customer service skills. We like a positive "can do" attitude and someone who understands team work and will give direction with calmness and clarity. This is an overnight role including weekends and holidays.

Rotation is 20/10; Shifts are 10hrs. Previous camp experience is necessary.

****Note - we do not provide transportation to work, but we do pick up staff in Ft McMurray when they take the bus or plane. You may also drive to site
