Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- PhD student
- Knowledge of course material, with an emphasis on leadership expertise including the self-in-systems approach to leader development.
- Previous experience as GTA for Executive Programs
- Previous experience with course content
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD student at the University of Guelph
- Previous experience as GTA for LEAD*6720
- previous experience as a TA in an online environment at a graduate level
