Your role involves coaching teams on Lean principles and creating a sustainable improvement culture. With strong leadership and analytical skills, you will help enhance our manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement continuous improvement programs and track progress
- Conduct site assessments and propose enhancements
- Train teams on Lean concepts and best practices
- Develop strategies for operational excellence
- Support cross-functional projects for process upgrades Requirements:
- At least 5 years in a food manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma
