As the Learning & Development Lead, you will report directly to the Associate Vice President of Human Resources.

Your primary responsibility is to drive the Academy's learning strategy while bolstering leadership development and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to create tailored learning initiatives that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate annual learning roadmap and governance activities
- Partner with HR and operations to assess learning needs




- Guide the Learning & Development team in prioritization
- Lead LMS governance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee development of leadership and digital learning programs Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7 to 10 years' experience in Learning & Development
- Proficient with Learning Management Systems
- Strong project management and communication skills
