VASERA is a growing residential property management and leasing company serving landlords across the Greater Toronto Area.

We generate the landlord opportunities, secure the properties, and provide the leasing infrastructure. We are looking for motivated Leasing Agents who can take assigned rental properties from listing activity through showings and a successful tenant placement.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. It is an independent, performance-based prospect suited to people who are organized, responsive, comfortable meeting prospective tenants, and motivated by results.

What You'll Do

As a VASERA Leasing Agent, you will:

- Market property on various platforms and manage tenant leads
- Respond promptly to prospective tenant inquiries
- Follow up with interested applicants
- Coordinate and conduct property showings
- Collect rental applications and supporting documents
- Keep accurate notes and status updates
- Coordinate with VASERA's central team on screening and landlord approvals
- Help move approved applicants toward lease completion
- Maintain a professional experience for landlords and prospective tenants

Compensation Commission only — Paid per successfully leased property.

Your earnings depend on the number of successful placements you complete.

Examples

- 3 placements/month — $1,800
- 5 placements/month — $3,000
- 8 placements/month — $4,800
- 10 placements/month — $6,000




- 15 placements/month — $9,000

There is no fixed salary or guaranteed number of assignments.

Previous leasing, real estate, hospitality, sales, or property management experience is an asset, but strong candidates can be trained.

Schedule

Adaptable.

Rental showings frequently take place during:

- Evenings
- Weekends
- After-work hours

Agents manage their own availability while meeting agreed service and response standards.

Employment Structure

This is an independent contractor, commission-based opportunity rather than a salaried employee position.

Compensation: Commission — approximately $1,800–$9,000+ per month depending on successful placements

Work Location: In person throughout the Greater Toronto Area
