Become part of Pacific Cove Properties as a Leasing Specialist, supporting The Scott community in Victoria, BC. This role involves leasing activities, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives. As a specialist for The Scott, you will enhance the leasing experience for prospective residents.

Your key tasks will include coordinating tours, executing agreements, and ensuring a strong resident experience. You’ll document every interaction and leverage your skills to meet leasing targets effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leasing duties, including call campaigns and tours
- Qualify and match residents with suitable apartment suites
- Promote marketing initiatives to attract potential tenants
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
- Provide a seamless experience from inquiry to move-in Requirements:
- Available for part time work, 3-4 days per week
- 1-3 years of relevant leasing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM skills beneficial
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is a plus Contribute to creating a welcoming community atmosphere as you guide residents to their new homes at The Scott.
