You’ll manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring that terms reflect business objectives while mitigating risks. Lead negotiations for MSA, SLA, NDA, and AI-specific contracts

- Draft and negotiate new legal templates
- Build productive contract management processes
- Respond to evolving legal challenges and inquiries JD/LLB and active law practice status
- 3+ years in SaaS/Tech legal roles
