You’ll manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring that terms reflect business objectives while mitigating risks. Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support the execution of high-value partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead negotiations for MSA, SLA, NDA, and AI-specific contracts
- Partner with Sales and Finance for deal execution
- Draft and negotiate new legal templates
- Build efficient contract management processes
- Respond to evolving legal challenges and inquiries Requirements:
- JD/LLB and active law practice status
- 3+ years in SaaS/Tech legal roles
- Strong communication and cross-functional skills
- Capable of managing multiple deals under tight deadlines
