- Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements
- Serve as a legal advisor to the Sales team
- Provide HR with employment law guidance
- Identify and recommend solutions for legal risks
- Optimize legal operations through technology and AI Requirements:
- J.D. or LL.B. credential from a recognized law school
- 1-5 years of legal experience in relevant fields
- Membership with the Law Society of Ontario is essential
- Strong experience in commercial contract negotiations
