Responsibilities

- Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a positive, engaging experience for every guest
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional recommendations
- Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk,

- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business

Qualifications

- Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority
- Proven experience in hair styling with a portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members alike
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a salon setting
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer care
- Prior experience with retail sales or front desk responsibilities is a plus but not required
