Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Plumber holding a TSSA G2 Certificate to join our energetic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and heating systems. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of plumbing, gas and related mechanical systems.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including Furnaces, Water Heaters, Boilers and gas lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute projects.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and HVAC systems to identify issues before they escalate.
- Follow schematics and technical drawings to assemble plumbing components accurately.




- Collaborate with the team on new installations and upgrades ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on plumbing systems and HVAC operations.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Experience with construction projects involving carpentry, assembly, and heavy lifting.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of maintenance practices for plumbing and heating mechanical systems.
- Ability to perform all the tasks safely while adhering to industry standards.
