Responsibilities

- Administer injections and monitor client response
- Support with medication administration and documentation
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility as required
- Provide light meal preparation and client support

Must be able to





- Work 8 hour shifts on a versatile schedule
- Lift or move up to 50 lbs, and walk, stand, and bend during scheduled shift
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be detail oriented and able to follow care plans

Requirements

- LPN Diploma in good standing with CLPNA
- CPR Certificate Health Care Level C
- Police Clearance Vulnerable Sector Search
- At least 2 professional references
- Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
