Qualicum Manor is a beautiful, smaller community of 59 older adults living well together in Long Term Care. We have been an established part of the seaside Town of Qualicum Beach for over 20 years. We are really happy to invite you to apply for the role of LPN.

This role works within the nursing leadership team to provide care and support services that align with a client population of older adults, many living with dementia. We have both RN and LPN leadership 24/7 and are well supported with Care Aids, recreation and support services. This role would best suit a person who is experienced in the care of older adults in LTC and who wants to help us build a community of practice that understands what it takes to work within a regulated setting and still be 'at home'.

We document in Point Click Care and use interRAI so experience in RAI will be helpful as would EMAR; however, don't let this deter you as we are happy to train.
