About the Role

Highlands Home Team is growing, and we're looking for a licensed Realtor to join us in serving buyers and sellers throughout the Haliburton Highlands. Whether you're newly licensed or have years of experience, we provide what most agents wish they had from day one: warm leads, real mentorship, a physical office to work from, and a team that has your back.

What You'll Do

- Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process from first contact to closing
- Follow up on and convert leads provided by the team
- Actively build your own client base and bring new business into the team
- Prepare your own contracts, offers, and transaction paperwork (support provided)
- Conduct showings, listing presentations, and open houses




- Negotiate offers professionally and ethically
- Represent the Highlands Home Team brand with integrity in the local market
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings

What We're Looking For

- Active real estate license in valuable standing (Ontario)
- Able to independently prepare contracts, offers, and transaction paperwork
- A self-starter who can generate their own business, not just work team leads
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable
- Comfortable with technology (CRM, e-signature, basic marketing tools)
- Familiarity with the Haliburton Highlands area is an asset, not a requirement

Compensation: Commission-based split. Full details discussed during the interview.
